RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return process, please click on our Self-Serve Returns platform or contact us at email@example.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Allyciastore, Avenue des Boveresses, 92, Lausanne, Vaud, 1010, Switzerland.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues (if applicable)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and solve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items (if applicable)
Certain items like customized products (such as special orders or personalized print-on-demand items) and personal care goods (such as beauty products) cannot be returned.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are manufactured defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us a photo(s) of the item by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait to receive a response from us before shipping it to AllyciaStore, Avenue des Boveresses, 92, Lausanne, Vaud, 1010, Switzerland. Once the return is accepted and we have proof of shipment for the item, we will initiate a refund. During this time, you can purchase the new desired item separately.
European Union 14-day cooling off period (if applicable)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund; please contact and check with either of them first before contacting us on your pending refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com or by using our "contact us" form.
Shipping (if applicable)
To return your product, you should ship your product to AllyciaStore, Avenue des Boveresses, 92, Lausanne, Vaud, 1010, Switzerland.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you ship an item over CHF 75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
