What is the shipping time for your products?
We take 2-4 days to process your order and then 7-14 days to deliver.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, absolutely. We ship worldwide.
Where do we ship your product(s) from?
Our office is located in Lausanne, Switzerland. Our international warehouses are located in Europe, the USA including China.
Do you provide tracking information?
Please wait 2-3 days after your order has been made to receive a tracking number. Please notify us via email at support@allyciastore.com if you have not received your tracking information after 3 days.
I am missing some items from my order; what happens?
We try to group all orders in one shipment. Sometimes the products may be shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order will most likely arrive shortly.
I received a damaged/defective item. What can I do about it?
We're sorry to hear about the issue with your item. We replace only damaged or defective products. Please send a clear photo of the damaged item along with a detailed description of the issue to support@allyciastore.com. Once we receive this information, we'll provide you with the return shipping address to send the item back for a replacement. We'll aim to process your replacement as quickly as possible.

I still haven't received my order. Why is it taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. Do you have a refund policy?
We do our best to resolve any issues our customers may have with their purchase. If you would still like to receive a refund on your order, we can, of course, give you a refund as long as the claim is made within 30 days of the order date and the product(s) in question are not on sale (discount), unused and same condition you received it.
